A separate parking level was planned and constructed in addition to the existing helipad. This created a place for an additional helicopter to land. GTB rendered all services for building technology in equipment group 1 - gas, water, sewage, and fire extinguishing technology, as well as equipment group 3 - electrical technology. The structure planning rendered by GTB included a precise examination of the existing situation to include unplanned additional loads, as well as calculation and design of the steel construction for the parking level.
